Mrs S had kept all her precious things in Mrs Dorling’s house. Firstly, the narrator(daughter) don’t want to get the things back but after the death of her mother and after the war she grew curious about all her belongings kept in Mrs. Dorling’s house. That’s why she wanted to go to the address.
